Some feedback: 1. The image at the start has 4 people, but the caption lists 5 names, so we're left wondering who is who. 2. In the sidebar image of you with produce, it says "locally-grown starch crops [...] yakon." FYI, yacon does not contain starch. Starch would be calories, and yacon is nearly calorie-free "diet" food. It does have good stuff like water, fiber, FOS for your internal flora, and antioxidants. The article is great. Some feedback:
