Coaching
The first bottom line in triple bottom line is people. As a Life & Business Coach I work with individuals and teams to achieve goals in alignment with their values. I help you (or your team) to develop a plan of where you want to go, how you will get there, and I keep you focused through completion. Whether you are just starting down the sustainability path or are the owner or manager of a triple bottom line business, coaching can accelerate your success. While there is a role for consulting (and we do that too!), coaching is effective because it works with people from the inside out, as opposed to a top-down consulting model.

Sustainability is a journey and it begins with education and awareness. Managing a triple bottom line business begins with teaching everyone a common language and framework. What is sustainability? Andrea Dean LLC offers a menu of webinars as well as custom webinars designed to meet your specific needs. Webinars are dynamic, live and interactive with participants meeting together on the phone and viewing a presentation through a website.

We recognize that the green strategy for each business is unique and we work closely with you to discuss your green vision, goals, challenges, and expected outcomes. Initially, we focus on five key areas for financial savings and maximum impact: Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, Resource Conservation, Green Purchasing and Waste Reduction.
